The real property is more commonly known as 771 Davis Road, Siler City, NC 27344.
The sale will be subject to any and all exceptions, rights or interests that are superior to the lien of the Deed of Trust.  The sale will not be sold subject or together with any exceptions, rights or interests of record after the recording of the Deed of Trust or otherwise subordinate to the Deed of Trust.  The above-described property shall be auctioned together as a whole, and sold only by that method.  The fixtures shall not be present at the place of sale.  The buyer is subject to all real property taxes.
